Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website (Australia Post) to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

Yes. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, we usually begin processing it immediately. This means we are unable to cancel or make changes (such as swapping items or changing addresses) once the order is confirmed. If you no longer want the items, you will need to follow our standard return process after delivery.
